As Canon continues to be true to “Delighting You Always,” customers are able to have their units serviced conveniently, saving them valuable time and money.
Availing of the free service is also quick and easy.
Customers who are experiencing difficulties or faults in their units, all they have to do is call Canon’s Customer Care Hotline: (+632) 884-9000 for Metro Manila resident or 1-800-10-884-9000 (toll-free) for provincial residents.
A technical support personnel will get in touch and walk them through troubleshooting your unit. But if the problem persists, the personnel will promptly schedule to have the defective unit picked up for repairs.
Another good thing about this free service is that if the repair takes more than three working days, Canon generously loans a similar unit to temporarily stand in for the defective one, to minimize operation downtime.*
When the defective unit is finally repaired, the customer will receive a notification via SMS, including the details of the delivery of the repaired unit and pickup of the temporary service unit.
The Canon products covered under this service are the PIXMA refillable ink tank printers:PIXMA G1010, PIXMA G2010, PIXMA G3010 and PIXMA G4010. Units must be within three months from the purchase date to guarantee servicing.
The Free Service Pickup and Delivery is available within Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, Cebu City, Lapu-LapuCity, Mandaue City and Davao Cityuntil June 30.
